Can I cancel my certificate?

Within the fifteen (15) calendar days of the free-look period, you may request to cancel your certificate. In this case, you may be eligible for a full return of your donations. If you opt to surrender your certificate after the fifteen (15) calendar days of the free-look period, you will be eligible for a part of your contribution refund, as decided by us, assuming you have not filed any claims for the current certificate year.
