    • Salaried customers
    • Pensioners who are part of the Government Pension Scheme A only (also applicable to the pensioner’s widow/ widower who received Pension Derivatives with a minimum entry age of 21 years old)
    • Government servants

  2. AFFIN Smart Money & AFFIN Smart Money-i
    • Malaysian citizen
    • Between 18 to 86 years old

  3. AFFIN Amanah Saham Bumiputera Loan
    • Bumiputera
    • Between 18 to 70 years old

  4. AFFIN Tawarruq Term Financing-i Secured by Securities
    • Single applicant
    • 18 years old and above
    • Eligible for ASB/ ASB2/ TD-i investor under ASNB guidelines and AFFIN Islamic Term Deposit-i account holder

  5. AFFIN Solar Financing-i
    • Between 21 to 60 years old
    • Only applies to landed residential properties that are owner-occupied or have homeownership

      • 105% including Reducing Term Assurance Unit Trust (ASRTA)

  4. AFFIN Tawarruq Term Financing-i Secured by Securities
    • Maximum financing amount up to RM200,000
    • Maximum financing period up to:
      • 0 years or up to age 65 (guaranteed by AITD-i)
      • 40 years or upon the age of 70 (guaranteed by ASB/ASB2)
    • Base rate: 2.70% p.a.
    • Financing margin: 100% + 5% for Reducing Term Takaful (RTT)

  5. AFFIN Solar Financing-i
    • Maximum financing amount up to RM150,000
    • Maximum financing period maximum up to 10 years
    • The financing margin can be up to 100% of the total cost (Solar PV System) + 5% of Takaful coverage
