Yes, you may purchase a Takaful travel plan as long as you are a Malaysian permanent resident or have a Malaysian employment pass/work permit. Do take note that all departures are from Malaysia and that you return to Malaysia at the end of your trip.

What are the types of products they have for travel insurance?

This myClick Travel PA compensates you for injuries, disabilities, or death caused by unexpected and sudden accidents, medical expenses incurred as a result of an accident or illness, and other unforeseen events while traveling abroad. myClick Travel PA offers two types of coverage: single trip (Individual / Family Plan) and annual cover (Individual Plan).

What is the procedure for canceling my coverage and receiving a refund of the premium paid?

You have the option to cancel the certificate prior to the departure date and receive a refund of your contribution. However, there will be no refund if the certificate contribution is made after the certificate has been activated.

When the participant or claimant returns to Malaysia, he or she must notify Syarikat Takaful and provide the necessary claims documentation within thirty (30) days.
