  • You will be working with a great bunch of young and energetic people in building InsurTech solutions in Malaysia and eventually across South East Asia.

  • The challenge is to build pipelines and generate sales from businesses/groups looking for Commercial insurance products, particularly retail fire class of business.

  • You will be responsible to develop an active ecosystem across various industries for future cross-selling and upselling via technology as an enabler.

  • Crafting a highly scalable and mobile optimised web application component base on micro service architecture

  • Develop new or enhance existing features for user interface

  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

  • Perform internal user development interviews to get better understanding of their needs and get feedback on new features and designs.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI design and implementation.

  • Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

  • Documenting application changes and developing updates.

  • Ensuring that the web design is optimized for multiple devices.

  • Optimizing the web application for increased performance.

  • Firm grasp of JavaScript (ES6+ Syntax), React JS, Node.js and REST API.

  • Experience in using Next JS, Redux, Docker and TypeScript will be added plus.

  • Responsible for procuring business, developing relationships and servicing a portfolio of clients and new prospects.

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Employee Benefits whilst working closely with Financial Advisor Representatives of the Company.

  • Continuous development, and skill sets training available for candidates who may be interested to explore a financial advisory career pathway.

  • This role too provides exposure to the Insurance Technology world, and knowledge of new methods in providing financial advisory services to clients, using technology as an enabler.

  • Design and develop modern Web Portal or Mobile Responsive Web Portal for various insurance categories.

  • Design and develop Backend services that are deployed and used by different Applications / Portals.

  • Building continuous integration pipelines.

  • Involved in the entire life-cycle of development, testing, deployment and post implementation supports.

  • Perform coding, testing and documentation in line with user & system requirements to delivery source code, documents and test scripts.

  • Perform work package/component systems design to ensure quality metrics are met in terms of maintainability, reliability, scalability and resilience.

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in organic and paid search campaigns.

  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

  • Develop and implement link building strategy.

  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

  • Support the development and execution of targeted digital marketing performance programs to increase adoption of PolicyStreet products.

  • Execute strategic marketing (email marketing, campaigns and social media) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Hands-on experience in data crunching of paid ads and the analysing effectiveness of the campaigns via ROMI (return of marketing investments)Well experienced growth mindset exposure in SEM, Google & FB ads including programmatic bidding.

  • Analyze project performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve campaign performance and effectiveness and drive growth through various A/B testings.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of marketing, customer experience, and product to drive adoption

  • Influence and educate customers to increase product and feature usage. Identify ways to optimize each step in the customer lifecycle and drive engagement.

  • Leverage different communication channels (email, and website) to improve customer journey, improve retention, and reduce churn.

  • Build new and deepen existing relationships with Influencers (not limited to Youtubers, Facebookers, Instagrammers, bloggers, community leaders) towards a successful revenue-generating partnership.

  • Carry out negotiations with influencers in introducing our platform solutions and suggest best tailored partnership to further benefit both parties.

  • Develop marketing campaigns and content materials to drive adoption during influencer onboarding to increase engagement and grow sales.

  • Analyze influencer content reach, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve performance and effectiveness and drive growth.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of marketing, telesales, and tech to drive integration and grow influencers towards a fruitful partnership.

  • Advise and support influencers in any matters related to partnership.

  • Build new and deepen existing relationships with strategic partners towards a successful revenue-generating partnership.

  • Carry out negotiations with partners in introducing our platform solutions and suggest best tailored solutions to further benefit both parties.

  • Develop needed materials/programs to drive adoption during partner onboarding to increase engagement and grow sales.

  • Analyze partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partners performance and effectiveness and drive growth.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of marketing, customer experience, and tech to drive integration and grow partners towards a fruitful partnership.

  • Influence and educate partners to increase product and feature usage. (bullet) Identify ways to optimize and build partner’s business sales on their integrated platform driving engagement and sales.

  • Advise and support partners in any matters related to partnership.
