Generali Car Insurance Claim Process

If you involved in an accident (Own Damage), remember to stay calm and follow this quick guide to claim your Generali car insurance:

  1. Call Roadside Assistance 1800 88-1033 (AAGI) , 1800 22-2262 (MPI Generali) for help
  2. Make sure to take photos of the accident scenes and the damages to your vehicle as well as any other vehicles involved. Also, gather relevant information from the other vehicles involved or any witnesses to the accident.
  3. The tow truck will transport you to the nearest Generali Authorized Partner Repairer for assistance. Note that it’s crucial to file a police report within 24 hours.
  4. Simply provide all necessary documents to the Generali Partner Repairer, and they will guide you through submitting your Own Damage claim.
  5. If necessary, an adjuster or surveyor will be appointed to assess the damage to your vehicle. Once all required documents are received, your claim will be approved within 7 working days.
