Select the item(s) and type of claim(s) to be made.
Fill in the details and submit the claim with the supporting documents.
Within 14 working days after the loss/ damage.
Within 5 working days after submission of documents.
ShopeePay Wallet: Within 3-5 working days from the date of claim approval
Bank transfer: Within 7-10 working days from the date of claim approval
Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation and certificate of cover from the Service Provider via email. You can also view your policy on the “My Policies” page on Shopee, or via https://shopee-claims.policystreet.com

Upon claim approval, you can choose to receive your claim disbursement via ShopeePay wallet or bank transfer. Please note that only claims under RM2,999 can be reimbursed via ShopeePay wallet.

Yes, if you are claiming for theft. An officer will need to verify that there was actual, forcible entry into or exit from the premise.
We cover your item(s) against gradual damage caused by regular use (eg. shrinkage, rust, or damage by rodents or insects). Our coverage lasts for 90 days from the day your policy begins. Please note that this is only eligible for the items listed below:
