When filing a claim for the Extended Warranty Service Program, you may be required to provide the following supporting documents:
Within 14 working days after the loss/ damage.
Within 5 working days after submission of documents.
ShopeePay Wallet: Within 3-5 working days after claim approval
Bank transfer: Within 7-10 working days after claim approval
Standard Repairs will take up to 4 days. Authorised repairers will inform customers of the extensive repair turnaround time.
