      In the event of an accident, you may send your vehicle to any of the following approved repairer; a motor repair workshop from our panel of approved workshops, a motor repair workshop approved by Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) under the PIAM Approved Repairers Scheme (PARS), or any other repairer that we have given You special permission to use.

    4. How can I ask for help to tow my car to the panel workshop?

      You may call the Accident Assist Call Centre (AACC), which is the 24-hour nationwide insurance road accident helpline number (1-300-22-1188) or (15-500) for immediate road assistance or tow service in the event of a road accident.

    1. What is a voluntary excess?

      This is the amount of loss you have to bear before we will pay for the balance of your vehicle damage claim. The voluntary excess amount is determined by the excess that you have selected before purchasing the product.

    2. How does voluntary excess work?

      The voluntary excess is what you pay for each approved claim, even if it is not your fault. However, you do not have to pay the voluntary excess amount for third-party claims. You choose the amount when you purchase this product. If your claim is approved, it will be deducted from your final claim payout.

    3. What is the difference between a plan with and without voluntary excess?

      You will enjoy a certain level of discount on your base premium when you select a plan with a voluntary excess. There will be no discount if you choose a plan with zero voluntary excess

    4. If my car was hit by another vehicle, do I need to pay the voluntary excess when I make a claim?

      Yes. However you may claim the voluntary excess amount from the insurance company of the at-fault driver.
