You may request that Mercury mail you a CDS account application form. You must complete and have witnessed it by an Advocate/ Solicitor or a Notary Public before returning it to us. Alternatively, you can ask Mercury to register a nominees qualification account for you within their Nominees Companies category.
Their Dealer will contact you to schedule an appointment to finalise the opening trading account documentation, which must be verified by dealer representatives or authorised by Mercury Securities Sdn.Bhd officer. It takes about 2-3 working days to process your account if there are no issues with your documents.
