Betul-Betul Cheapest Road Tax (“Campaign”) is organised by Polisea Sdn. Bhd (“PolicyStreet”).
By participating in this Campaign, the Customer agrees that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms set by PolicyStreet, including all decisions related to this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).
The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase Motor Insurance Products from the PolicyStreet website (“Customer”).
The Campaign applies to all types of cars, regardless of year, make, model, and variant.
This Campaign only applies to policies issued by PolicyStreet during the Campaign Period, while policies issued after the Campaign Period are deemed not eligible.
This Campaign is not applicable for Grab vouchers and e-hailing vehicles.
The Customer is entitled to a discount of up to 70% on their road tax (capped at RM63) when they renew or purchase car insurance with PolicyStreet.
To qualify for the Bank Instalment or Easy Payment Plan (“EPP”), the Customer shall have a valid credit card from our partnered bank and a minimum purchase of RM500 on PolicyStreet’s website.
The Customer shall ensure and guarantee that all details provided are true and/or accurate. PolicyStreet is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
The Customer will receive their road tax within ONE (1) working day if purchased during our working hours or by the next working day if purchased outside working hours.
The digital road tax will be sent to the email address provided during purchase or renewal.
PolicyStreet reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue, vary, terminate, and/or add on to all or any parts of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnied against all claims, losses, damages and/or expenses arising from any infringement or violation of any third party’s rights concerning the participation in this Campaign.
Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal, or suspension of this Campaign by PolicyStreet will not entitle the Customer to any compensation for any loss or damage suffered, directly or indirectly, due to such actions.
In the event that the Customer cancels their policy, the full road tax amount will be automatically deducted from the refunded premium amount.
Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities.
PolicyStreet advises the Customer to take reasonable precautions when receiving phone calls or messages requesting personal information during or after the Campaign. We recommend contacting our Customer Service for verification regarding any campaign-related inquiries.
By participating, the Customer consents to their data being collected, processed and/or used according to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. See our PDPA Consent Clause and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
