  • Continuously build leads, prospects and ultimately secure the appointment. Develop, secure, and expand EB business aggressively together with Business Development team
  • Grow and maintain a good relationship management with clients, with the ability to cross-sell products
  • Work with financial advisor representatives on prospects insurance restructuring
  • Assist in servicing related matters for existing and new Employee Benefits (EB) clients
  • Follow up on outstanding premiums and claims excesses
