To make a claim, your claims will be handled within 14 working days after receiving the complete claim paperwork, and you will be kept up to date on the status of your claim through SMS. There are two options you can opt to make your claim:

No, you can pay your first premium online at Prudential’s corporate website. For the first payment, you can pay at least two to three months’ worth of premiums. After the proposal has begun, the Auto Debit form will be forwarded to the bank for approval.
Unless renewed, the coverage will expire on the expiry date, and Prudential Insurance will not be found accountable for any expenditure after the expiration date.
