To make a claim, your claims will be handled within 14 working days after receiving the complete claim paperwork, and you will be kept up to date on the status of your claim through SMS. There are two options you can opt to make your claim:

  • Compile all the necessary medical receipts and reports needed in a correct sequence. Follow by calling your Prudential agent to set up an appointment for a meet up. You can pass the supporting documents and your agent will assist you with your claim submission.

  • Self-submit
