You may cancel this policy by giving us 30 days’ written notice, in which case the Company will charge you our standard short-term rate.
The company may cancel this insurance by giving 30 days’ notice and refunding the proportionate share of any premium paid for the period of the policy that has not yet expired.

How do I make a claim for Travel Pro?

If you have an accident while travelling overseas that is likely to result in a claim under this policy, please call Emergency Travel Assistance SOS No. +603-76283639 or give them or the insurance agent written notice as soon as possible after the accident, but no later than 3 calendar months.
